We understand that life gets busy and bills stack up. That is why we created our signature “no hassle” approach to living expenses. We take care of everything except your electricity: one check to us, one check to your electric provider. It’s that simple.

All of our units are 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Both rooms have their own private bathroom and walk-in closet. The units are designed with your comfort in mind.

Each unit Includes:

• Whirlpool appliances

• Alarm systems

• Walk-in closets

• Two private bathrooms

• 9′ ceilings w/ crown moldings

• Utility room with washer/dryer hookups

• Covered outdoor patio and balcony

• Double pane windows and Energy Star appliances

• Noise reducing acoustic floor system for neighbors above you

• We do not require you to sign a new lease after your lease expires.  All tenants automatically switch to a month to month contract at the end of their lease.

• All your utility costs ($200 value) are included in your rent with the exception of electricity.

• There are NEVER any added fees.  At Haverhill Place, the rent rate you see is the rent rate you pay. Period.

• The entire property is a Smoke Free Zone.  No smoking has ever been allowed in any of our units, inside or out.

• Locally owned, built and managed.  We take great care of the property and solve issues quickly and promptly.
